The answer is a big fat yes. First' we need to talk about water vapor in the atmosphere and groundwater. All that was liquid on the surface during the flood, so if you only count vapor and groundwater, you can already get a global flood of higher.
Then, accepting the geological ages requires abandoning the doctrine of the global Flood of the days of Noah, since such a cataclysm would have destroyed all evidence of the supposed geological ages.
